Summary of the First Week.

I made it to the gym 5 days in a row this week.  Unfortunately, I had to answer my pager on Monday so I only worked out 4 days in a row.  I ran twice, swam and rode the trainer.  These were the first meaningful workouts since October.  My longest workout was 30 minutes but it is a start.

There is a lot of work to get done before June 5th.
