Wow, it has been a while since I have written anything. I just wrapped up a week of vacation that gave me the first opportunity of the spring/summer to workout outside. I followed my training plan that had me outside for quite a bit. Through today I have put 475 training miles in the books. I crossed 400 miles on April 1 so I feel like I got some good bike time in this week.
I will be running in the Martian Half-Marathon a week from today. I think this works out well because my training plan calls for 2:15 running, and that is what I hope to do the Half-Marathon in.
It seems like the weather in Michigan has made a turn towards summer and hopefully it keeps up.
