I tried something new today. I tried one of the new workout videos from Carmichael Training Systems. They are different in that they are modular video segments instead of one video that is the same all the way through. A workout is essentially a playlist of their video segments. The coaches then put together a playlist for a workout and that is what I rode to today and tried to ride to yesterday. It was a great workout although I am getting cabin fever. I am sick of working out in my basement. I need to be outside and preferably on trails.
