The Year Rolls on and I am actually making it to my workouts!!!

Today was another successful trip to the Gym to work out.  I have done some form of workout according to plan with the exception of January 2nd.  Today I ran for 10 minutes at 6 mph (yes, I ran for 1 mile.)

My totals for 2007 so far:

Cycling – Trainer 3:09:53 – 47.94 miles
Running – Treadmill 0:45:31 –  4.4 miles
Weight Training – 2:01:35

The Bad News is I still weighed in at 249.
