Five days in a row. I have made it all the way to Friday and have worked out all 5 days. WooHoo! Today I ran on the Treadmill for 5 minutes at 6.5 mph. I also did a 32 minute Lower Body strength training workout. I feel good except that I weighed in at 250 pounds today.
The real test is when I start working tomorrow at 3:45 am and I am scheduled until at least 4:00 pm. Fortunately I will be working from home, but the workout I have planned for tomorrow is a 90 minute easy ride on the trainer. I am hoping to sneak that in between 4:30 and 6:00 during which time I will not be needed for work.
