Day 3 – Still Going

I made it to the Gym today for 5 minutes of running on the treadmill with a 3 minute cool down and an upper body strength training workout.  I feel pretty good and I feel like I did something right because it kind of hurts to type :-).

For the numbers geeks,  I covered 0.7 miles in 8 minutes with an average heart rate of 138 and a maximum heart rate of 153.  I weighed in today at 248 pounds.
