Day Two – Haven’t stopped yet.

I started riding on my trainer at 4:10 am using the CTS Mountain Bike Racing Video as my workout.  According to my Cyclocomputer here are the stats for my ride:

Max HR: 160 bpm
Avg HR: 136 bpm
Avg Cadence: 87 rpm
Calories: 1196 cal

I feel pretty good and managed to leave for work at 5:35.  There will be no weigh-in today because I worked out at home instead of the Gym.
