Today is a vacation day from work. My wife is doing a big Christmas shopping outing with her friend, so I will be taking my daughter to school and then heading to the gym to work out. I have my gym bag packed and ready to go. The alarm clocks have started going off and the rest of my family will be up soon.
I have to goals and they would seem to complement each other, but they do not necessarily work together. Losing weight and competing in endurance events would seem to go hand in hand. The problem is, that in order to perform in an endurance event, the body has do have fuel but that fuel does not necessarily encourage weight loss.
We will see how this works.
