Well today I actually managed to make it out of bed on time. Did a double workout of Lower Body weights and cardio today. Cardio was an interval workout on a Cybex Stationary Bicycle. I did 30 minutes of the Advanced Strength program at level 11. I rode 10.68 miles and burned approximately 670 calories. My weight today was 243 up a pound from Tuesday. I’m not sure what that means, but I usually don’t stress about movements less than 5 pounds.
